We could step out of our hotel and be at the main ‘sweet spots’ of Venice within minutes, beating the crowds and maximizing our shooting time during the golden hours.

Our first mission began while the city was still sleeping. There is no alternative: if you want Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge all to yourself, you must be there at sunrise.

For this location, the couple matched the bold environment with sophisticated black: the bride wore a striking, structured black gown, and the groom remained in his sharp black suit. Against the kaleidoscope of the Burano buildings, this look was incredibly modern and editorial. Burano offers a completely different playful, cheerful backdrop that perfectly complemented the timeless elegance of their Venice portraits.
We ended our extraordinary two-and-a-half-day experience with a rare and spectacular event: a evening high tide (Acqua Alta) in Piazza San Marco.
