Wedding in Bonn Germany at Römerhof Bornheim

Hi dear friends here I present you the preview to this amazing Wedding in Bonn Germany at Römerhof Bornheim. This wedding was a truly memorable occasion, not only for them but for me as well. Was actually my first african-german wedding.

My first meeting with them was during a skype call and I remember that I could hardly wait to meet them in person. That happened a month before the wedding when we spent an adventurous evening at Schloss Drachenburg. I will tell you about it in the next post when I will show you the amazing engagement photos we have done!

A funny story after this wedding in Bonn Germany

Another funny memory about this wedding is that, after a few months I was visited by the police at home. No, I didn’t harmed anyone, just failed to complete a form police sent me about a speeding ticket. Normally, when someone gets a speeding ticket here in Germany, you have to fill out a form about the person who was driving or just pay the amount if you were the driver.

Here I had only the form without the actual speeding ticket, because the speeding camera couldn’t catch well my face . I simply ignored, thinking they will just send me the amount I have to pay and just it. No, it seems that they were so worried to know who was driving with over 300km/h in a 50km/h speed limit (you know I’m joking, right?) that they insisted with their forms once again.

This time I was once again not at home for a whole month so, exactly when I came home I have seen a police car stopping in front of my house. I knew exactly for hat he came here. He was very friendly and explained that in Germany forms are very important and I have to obey. And I thought that the overall well being of the population was important… Nevertheless I had to pay for this visit an extra 20 euro to my speeding ticket.
