Hello dear friends, here we meet again on my blog. I will present you an engagement photo session I had a few weeks ago with some wonderful people in an amazing place – the Engagement photo session in Castle Unsleben
We scheduled our engagement photo session on a Saturday. The drive went great on the picturesque roads of the Rohn… except some dark clouds heading to our location. It was the first time for me there. I have easily entered the location address in my GPS and there I was… except one issue: right near the castle … let’s say in the backyard of the castle, exactly where my gps pointed me to, another wedding was going on and I just entered with my car in the middle of that wedding. I quickly realized that my Gps guided me on a wrong path so I was looking for a spot to turn the car but I had no chance since tables were set in front of me, left and right set guests and the bride and groom. I quickly drove backward and parked my car on a narrow street just outside the wedding location. So, I understood that this was a popular wedding location and it was normal that this was booked in weekends!
Ok. But we scheduled our shooting there! So we quietly entered the nearby castle careful not to disturb the other wedding’s guests, closed the door behind us and there we were. The castle is quite interesting and I can recommend it for a photo session. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go inside so we had to use only the inner courtyard which was a bit tight for my taste. But we wanted to have also some outside photos with the castle. We succeeded to have almost all the photos I had in mind for that location except only one (the best I think) but unfortunately we couldn’t use that place because the guests of the other wedding were making their official photos over there (it was the castle main entrance with the bridge behind it- awesome!) But that means only one thing – I have to return there!
Until next time have an amazing week!
